Understanding the Winning Ads Workflow: Projects, Offers, and Ads

If you're wondering how everything fits together inside Winning Ads, you're in the right place.

The workflow is simple once you see the big picture — it all follows a clear structure: Project → Offer → Ads.

Let's break it down.

🏗️ The Three Building Blocks

Think of it like this:

  • A Project is your business or website.
  • An Offer is a specific product, service, or landing page you want to promote.
  • Ads are the creative variations Winning Ads generates for that offer.

That's it. Once you understand this hierarchy, everything else clicks into place.

🌐 What Is a Project?

A Project represents your business. When you create one, you'll enter your website URL and Winning Ads will automatically analyze your site — pulling out key information about your brand, audience, and positioning.

You don't need to fill in lengthy briefs or upload brand guidelines. Just paste your URL and we'll do the heavy lifting.

How many Projects can I have?

  • Pro plan: Up to 3 projects
  • Agency plan: Up to 25 projects

🎯 What Is an Offer?

An Offer lives inside a Project. It's a specific thing you want to advertise — like a product, a service, a free trial, or a landing page.

You can create multiple Offers per Project. For example, if your business sells three different products, you'd have one Project (your website) with three separate Offers (one for each product).

To create an Offer, just enter the URL of the page you want to promote (e.g., a landing page, product page, or sign-up page).

🎨 How Ad Generation Works

Once you've set up a Project and created an Offer, you're ready to generate ads. Here's the step-by-step:

Step 1: Create a Project

Head to app.winningads.com and create a new Project by entering your website URL. Winning Ads will analyze your site automatically.

Step 2: Create an Offer

Inside your Project, create an Offer by entering the URL of the specific product, service, or landing page you want to promote.

Step 3: Click "Create Ads"

Hit the "Create Ads" button to generate a batch of ad variations for your Offer.

Each ad variation includes three components:

  • Primary Text — the main ad copy that appears above the image in Facebook ads
  • Headline — the bold text that appears below the image
  • AI-generated Image — a custom visual created to match your ad

💳 How Credits Work with Ad Generation

Every ad you generate costs 1 credit. If you use the AI to edit an image, that's also 1 credit.

So if you generate a batch of 5 ad variations, that's 5 credits. Manual text edits (done by hand) don't cost anything.

❓ Common Questions

Can I have multiple Offers in one Project? Yes! You can create as many Offers as you need within a single Project. Each Offer represents a different product, service, or page you want to advertise.

What's the difference between a Project and an Offer? A Project is your business as a whole (your website). An Offer is a specific thing within that business you want to promote. You'll always create a Project first, then add Offers inside it.

Do I need a new Project for each ad campaign? No. You only need a new Project if you're working on a completely different business or website. Within the same Project, just create additional Offers for each product or page you want to advertise.
