Why Can’t I See My Facebook Campaign or Ad Set in Winning Ads?

If you can’t find your Facebook campaign or ad set when trying to publish from Winning Ads, it’s usually due to one of a few common causes. This guide will walk you through what to check so you can get up and running quickly.

1️⃣ You Haven’t Created a Campaign or Ad Set Yet

Winning Ads doesn’t create campaigns or ad sets for you.

To publish an ad from Winning Ads, you first need to create both a campaign and an ad set inside your Facebook Ads Manager.

What to do:

  1. Log in to Meta Ads Manager.

  2. Create a new campaign with your desired objective.

  3. Inside that campaign, create at least one ad set with your targeting, placements, and budget.

  4. Come back to Winning Ads and refresh the page.

2️⃣ Your Campaign or Ad Set Is Still in Draft

If your campaign or ad set is created but not yet published in Facebook Ads Manager, Winning Ads won’t be able to see it.

What to do:

  1. In Meta Ads Manager, check if the campaign/ad set shows a Draft status.

  2. If it does, click Publish to make it live.

  3. Return to Winning Ads, refresh, and try again.

3️⃣ You’re Looking at the Wrong Facebook Ad Account

If your Facebook account has access to multiple ad accounts, make sure you’ve selected the one that contains the campaign you want.

What to do:

  • In Winning Ads, check which ad account is selected in your integration settings.

  • If needed, switch to the correct ad account and refresh the campaign/ad set list.

4️⃣ You Don’t Have Sufficient Permissions

If you’re not an Admin or don’t have full permissions for the Facebook Ad Account or Page, you might not see the campaigns or ad sets at all.

What to do:

  • Ask the account owner to give you Admin or at least Advertiser access to the ad account and Facebook Page linked to the campaign.

Before contacting support, check:

  • ✅ Campaign + ad set are created in Meta Ads Manager

  • ✅ Campaign + ad set are published (not in Draft)

  • ✅ Correct Facebook ad account is selected in Winning Ads

Once these are in place, your campaigns and ad sets should appear in Winning Ads so you can publish your ads without any issues.
